1.5K @ 96 fps. It would be great for 720p web work. It fits into RED's power structure, and is more usable than 1K.

And a power saver mode to put the camera to sleep.

(I personally would like a 3.5K mode as well. But I know I am in the minority there.)

4.5k Widescreen would be much appreciated to lock in with matching Red One footage.

    Thank you

less noise and anything over 60fps @ 2k would be a dream.

    For 3D:

    - Flip and flop of image only (not menus) on LCD for beamsplitter rigs.
    - Auto-focus slave from one cam to second cam (master auto-focuses and sends focal length to slave)

Flip option for the LCD would be handy, so it can be mounted upside down

I'm pretty happy with things so far, but what I'd love to see:

    - There was discussion about R&D being done on enabling 4k @ 24fps HDRx through some sort of voodoo. I'd love to know if there's been progress on that.
    - A movable 100% focus reticle, right now it's in the center only when in magnify mode.
    - Flip screen option would be fantastic. Really useful in a million ways from standard setups to difficult camera positions.

Well heck, only one of those is exclusive to the Scarlet, the rest could be tossed in the Epic too and I'm sure most would welcome those additions.

    well said !
    keep it realistic.

it is a essential thing to get pal compatible framerates. (25fps / 50fps).
if that one or two frames are too much for the processor power ( what i do not believe personally ) give us at least the possibility to shoot this framerates with a little quality loss in the compression ratio...

If you think hardware limitations are the reason we don't have higher frame rates, 4k HDR, etc. on the Scarlet, you're crazy. It might be underclocked and locked down, but I'd bet this camera is far more capable than is currently allowed.
