One of our older Red One MX bodies came back in from a job the other day and the PL mount wasn't turning in it's normal smooth manner, almost felt like it was "rolling" over ball bearings or something. We opened it up and it appears that it may just be in need of some lubrication. I don't want to put anything into it that will do harm, I was thinking some Arri Grease or something, anyone have any thoughts?

Id be interested to see what Red say. Id not use grease but just rub a normal graphite pencil on the high spots. Clean of any free graphite though.
