Thanks for the update! It works in Premiere and AME, but unfortunately not in AE.
I have hiss on ram preview with the same file tested in AME and Premiere.
I'm on Windows 7 with the latest version of AE (10.5.0.253).

Great news David!
Hit me up if you need any extra Beta testers for CS6 apps... ;)
Thank you David and Adobe's guy,
Even with my "poor" Macbook Pro 17, Premiere is great with 4KHD and AUDIO now !

Not working for me either. . ot working for me... Mac OSX 10.7.3 PP CS5.5.0
Audio works for this clip in RCX Pro
Ps. I do agree I just bought cs 5.5 and a new one will be coming out soon and I hope you all will do a if you bought this with in 6 months you can upgrade for this amount etc deal
I downloaded the actual labs release just like you guys, installed and tried your clip. I get the sound you described. So I think it is something on your side. The most important thing is that you make sure to follow every step of the directions. Make sure you move the old files out of the the premiere folder onto say your desktop. If you have two copies of those files in your .app or .exe folder unpredictable things will happen.
Cheers
Dave
I've done everything to the letter - now a 4th time. When I go to Import my RED footage it asks me to register the ImporterREDServer and I hit open. I place my footage on the timeline and I get hiss.
BTW- I'm on a macbook air if that makes any difference.
I am also having problems, Tried twice and all I get is hiss. I'm on a PC Premiere Pro CS5.5.2
I do have another editing PC that is on CS5.5.0 and that one works... Does this have something to do with having the updated Premiere Pro version running? I am updating my other PC that it worked on and will reinstall the Epic Importer and see if it still works or not to determine if this is the problem.
But any assistance or advice on this not working would be appreciated...
If you get hiss or no sound then it's not loading the right version. Perhaps it's loading the older version from somewhere else? Not sure if it could find that first if the old copy is somewhere where your path environment also points to.
