Premiere XML Loads but INs & OUTs are incorrect

Hello all,
I am running into an issue with my XML coming out of Premiere 5.5 into RedCinePro-X.

The sequence and R3ds import just fine, but the clips INs and OUTs points are ALL screwed up. I can see my edit is 5 minutes long, like the original, but hardly ANY of the clips have their original IN and OUT points.

I shot at a base timecode of 23.97 and shot everything at 48fps, so I am having to reTime every clip. Is there any workout here? I feel like I am running into a retiming issue that RedCine is not picking up. I only used Premiere SPEED/DURATION to change the speed of the clips, no official time remapping.

Hi Rob, Thanks for replying and looking into this. Here is the info you requested:

Version 12.20390

XML has been sent to the email. I will try and get clips uploaded, most are HUGE so it may take me some time, but at least you have the XML.
