  1. #1 Scarlet problems,
I have a few problems, the first one was unable to black shade, the second issue is the amount of noise in the blacks, even at 50 ISO, it's not usable and starting a film in 2 days. The third one is that the camera picture jitters when I pan and it's obvious on the monitor, but worse still it seems to record that way. I just cannot use this camera in its present condition. See photo sample

You still cannot do a black calibration? If you can get it to work that should help your noise problem a lot.

What do you mean by jitter? Could you post a sample?

is that still in redlogfilm? if so, your always going to see a lot more noise with RLF as your gamma curve. as soon as you bring the blacks down to a normal level the noise will go away

No it was set on REDgamma3 with flut pushed high to exaggerate issue, in fact it doesn't matter which image look setting on Redcine, those vertical lines are very apparent on all dark shots. Download (still) sample here: http://www.intermediaarts.com.au/test.RMD

Yes twice, and factory defaults also. I have some test shots prior to update and they are perfect.

Here's the correct link. Look at the vertical noise stripes on the darks, even apparent on skin tones.

If it worked on the pre-3.0.0 then maybe you should downgrade to 2.0.5 (you can still get it from red.com)
Then you could do your shoot and RMA the camera afterwards and let Red know what the problem is
