    Unfortunately, the issue has cropped back up. I haven't restarted the camera since it worked (so this was the first time since then). I tried Restore System and it didn't correct the problem this time. It's too bad too, the moon looks absolutely amazing tonight.

    I am having the exact problem and have tried the suggestions that were mentioned to no avail. Have you figured out the problem Ryan? I opened up a ticket but have not heard back from Red yet.
