Jay are you looking for the PL conversion only or the PL Motorized, PL rehoused, etc. ?
There are several conversions for the 150-600 a few of them are from Century and a few others are from different companies.

If you change your mind I may considering selling my Century motorized conversion. It is in excellent conditions with all accessories, cables, preston motor, etc, etc. here there is some of the footage shot with this lens:
