    Hello there Ned.
here is a quick description of how you get from shoulder to sticks and back with the Titan ( considering you are using arri plate style on your tripod)
    1) you snap one cam lever and you release instantly the total front handle system
    2) you twist the QUICK RELEASE LEVER and you Quick release the total of camera+QRplate+battery config+whatever else you have mounted on cam like monitor etc
    3) you slide the total on your arri plate on tripod, and lock with a cam lever

reversing all the steps above and you are back on shoulder.

that cant be more than seconds away.
By O bars do you mean O grips?
if that is the case please consider this, it might be at a fraction of a cost of a Titan sure, but on one side you have a full complete shoulder mount system with ball grips, extension bones, solutions for battery, shoulder pad, QR plate, Qr base, compatible with Arri plates, and upper solutions like Top plate, evf and monitor arms, rails , and the list goes on. On the other side you have ...the O grips. So is this a fair comparison for price?

There are surely many ways people prefer to shoot, but thats a personal taste.
Some even shoot with nothing just holding the lens and the front rods, I for once use to do this daily for many years.
and that was the fastest to tripod and back...only ....that there was no shoulder mount at all.

    thank you for your comments

No de-rigging or re-rigging, plus the most versatile and adaptable hand grips in the business at a fraction of Lite. I often do handheld from the hip, "machine gun" style. I screw an O'bar on the body cage and one into the MB on the opposite side to do this. None of the overly complex rigs afford me that versatility. The other aspect that the O'Bars solve are the overly long extension arms. Some love them long. I hate it as I feel I lose the direct control (which is why I'm not much of a fan of Mantis or Allstars extensions). As far as the Clutch goes, I concur with Mr. Riis, in that speed between Dolly, sticks, hand held and back again is vital in any rig.
    Hi Ned,
We have a bundle without extension arms, and work with ARRI style bridge plate, easily, quickly and reasonable price:

Hello Hello.... This little Bad boy will suite me to the ground! I still use all my ARRI bottom end gear...

Don't tell me! I bet its ridiculously expensive like all these other shoulder mounts out there. Man O man Aluminium and foam rubber is expensive.!

Whats the Web site to this unit...? I'm keen to look further at this one. (probably needs slightly longer arms can you get extensions for it)

Ok... Now I just have to find out how to order in Chinese. ? :)

A few friends in Shanghai are about to get my shopping order.

I like simple gear that just works. :) and does not cost as much as a second hand car...

Thanks for the heads up. Will check it out. Will anyone in NYC be carrying them. At that price, I definitely want to try it it out first.

I took a closer look at the site, Constantine, and I definitely see some brilliant ideas here. The one feature I'd like to see is the ability to off set the hand held grips either to the left or right. Not sure why many handgrip makers make their kits dead center to rods. This would be great if we held the camera in front of our faces but the reality is we put on the right or left shoulder. So if it's on my right shoulder, the grips should be biased to the left. When I use Moosebars, I add the cotton wheel extension to achieve this. Mantis just slides left or right (though I stay away from it for other reasons - namely overkill on the long arms). if it's not too late, consider this. Even the Clutch can't do this. x based on the pictures has taken the offset into consideration.

    Hi,
    here is bundle page
    http://allstar-cine.myweb.hinet.net/...ndle_Price.htm

You can place order in English: allstar.cine@gmail.com
All of our products are made in Taiwan, not in China or southern-eastern Asia which can have cheap prime cost and human resource.
$750 for this bundle is really reasonable.

    Hi Ned,
Our products have many combinations, if you like to off set the hand held grips, you can choose this set with out extension arms:

    Allstar Shoulder Pad + Allstar ARRI dovetail 10" + 19mm Handle Bar + 19mm Handle Clamp*2 + Allstar Grip*2 = $1000
