    Hi,

So I have and industrial client that requires an unusual (to me) delivery format.

specifically they need h.264 at roughly 4k.

Having just tried to do so in REDCine-X pro I've discovered that output of h.264 is limited to 1080.

    So I have two questions:

1.) Is there a way to do this that takes advantage of the Rocket?

2.) If not what are my other options?

    Thanks,

    Steve

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Adobe's Media Encoder can render h264 in whatever size you want.

You are correct Chris. The initial 4k samples I posted from the Scarlet X on youtube were encoded 4k at 36mbps through Adobe Media Encoder. It's lossy, but that's what the internet is all about.

    Thank guys,

It's input like this that makes this forum so valuable.

Media Encoder was able to output the resolution I require.

    Best,

    Steve
