And none of those things applied to me...and my order didn't ship until I was contacted again essentially asking why I didn't contact them after getting the allocation e-mail.
Luckily, it was just for the sidehandle which wasn't mission critical to have (though it is now my go to way to control the camera), but what if this happened when I needed something ASAP? Should I simply disregard the instruction not to reply and reply anyway just to make sure?
