Got my RT Motion Mk 3 FIZ a couple of weeks ago and I could not be happier. I gave up on Viewfactor and Redrock due to years (yes, years) of delays. The RT Motion Mark 3 is powerful, small, well built, reliable and just makes me smile because it just works.

Robert, I don't have any RPP's, but I don't see why not. The motors have enough torque that there is a safety warning in the manual of possible injury. I used my fingers on the gear with the motor powered, and I can see why the warning is there. It is quite robust. The neat thing is that the Mk. 3 auto calibrates when initially powered, so the focus knob on the controller gives 360 degrees of rotation to any lens, be it a cine style lens with 320 degrees of rotation for focus, or a still lens with only 70 degrees of focus barrel rotation. Zoom and iris also auto calibrate. Hope this helps.

I'm 40th on the list for the Mk 3. Wish these smaller companies could crank them out quicker.
    I love lamp.

While we are at it let me introduce another entry in the focus controllers.
    The OptiTron by OptiTek
We eliminated the need for external motors while using AF canon, and in the future Nikon lenses.
We utilize the internal lens motors instead.
1 cable to plug in for everything- power and focus/iris control.
focus travel extension, custom in/out points for even more precision, direction change, auto calibration so the focus marks stay true for ever.
wireless receiver coming soon, transmitter already included in the OptiTron.
We also mechanicaly turn Canon EF mount into PL style mounting with the ProLock-i mount design.
    Backlit marking ring
Adjustable drag on the focus knob -who else has that?!!!
    There is more....
