    Maybe you should open up a support ticket and see what their take on it is. Support is not only about cameras being broken...

    Regarding the jitter, did you have the correct timebase? Just speculating.

    If the subject is moving through a still frame, to me, this is clearly a normal slow shutter effect. Have you tried different shutter speeds?

    Just a note: 50th a sec in a RED ONE is identical to the EPIC's 50th... impossible to be any different.

    Plus, just so you know, we shoot green screen on almost every job we do, we always always get motion blur at 50th of a sec of a persona walking... . same with film cameras, same with any camera.. . 50th is still a slow speed rate, even for walking.
    If you want sharper keys, shot at 90 degrees or 100th... :)
