Ross and Tristan good to hear from you, won't be able to get out to Gold Coast before Wed though. Stephen mate, good to hear from you too.

Taking a break for a couple of weeks while I feel better, thought I would check out the scene while better, but already starting to get sick again.

Going to see if I can shake this thing and get my mind back into top gear, as I am using pub trans too. Doesn't effect too much otherwise, as I'm used to pressing through some rock heavy things, just knocks the edge off for now.

OK seems to be turning around, off to Carindale and Garden City today (maybe chermside instead if the repairer out there answers their phone). Drop me a line here if you want (kniw that NAB starts and you all are eager to be there if you can) or pm.

In case you want to know how I shook it so fast: NaturaMedics Green oliveleaf extract ( or other good), 1/2 good teaspoon every half an hour for 3 hours (heavier younger persons dose) people have been using to knock down the effects of cold or flu etc. Gargling with colloidal silver and leave for 10 minutes (no drinking or eating) for sore throats. Then hopefully you can get back to work.

Well, off back to the land of the big mountains tomorrow, after an unplanned for extended trip. Got my energy and vibe back today, that I started with, had few bouts of cold in the last 4 weeks, but an improvement.
