Davinci and EPIC anamorphic clips

Is there a reason why the current version of Resolve on a MAC displays 5k Anamorphic clips shot on an EPIC as a black screen?

The same R3d's work perfectly on RCXPro.

I have never experienced this before and my Davinci works perfectly in all modes on the EPIC except for Anamorphic.

Which version of Resolve are you using? You should try with the latest 8.2 or 8.2.1 beta (just released).

I cannot got the 8.2 or 8.2.1 for a while as i am mid project on a long project and cannot afford a F*&Kup

Go for it, it will be fine, I upgraded mid project recently, all good.
