on every clip i run on it now, even clips i have cc'd already, when I go back to the rd3 original file for a re-correction. It has a flashing colored texture that covers the whole frame intermittently.
How do I fix this?

Rob, I would recommend using the newest REDCINE-X PRO rather than REDCINE-X 506:
