Transferring Project From Davinci Lite (on Mac) to Davinci Full (on PC)

Hello folks, we graded couple short films on Davinci lite, shot on Red MX, I was using Mac Pro workstation with Rocket installed, everything is fine except after seeing in cinema couple shots that were finished in HD don't look very sharp, (applying sharpness is also an option), so I exported project from lite version on mac and imported to my friends PC who owns full version to render out some shots that I needed bigger resolution. Project opened fine but all the grades look different, its not the monitor difference issue, because I rendered out and I put on top layer on my Lite timeline and images are warmer and little bit more saturated. Is there way around I can use PC resolve for those shots that I need 3K render vs. to the HD dpx exported from Lite version?

Sounds like you're either using a different LUT on the two versions, or a newer version on one of them that uses a newer version of the Red SDK. Or perhaps you're looking at two different monitors that don't exactly match. Other than that, the results should be essentially identical.
