    Hi all,

Tears In The Rain is a short film tribute to the 1982 classic SF film Blade Runner.

Below is a link to the work in progress, any feedback welcome on this incomplete version.

When the film is done (and graded) I will upload the full HD.

Wow, just looking at that picture reminds me of some Vangelis-esque music like Michiel van Erp's trubute to the maestro.

nice picture but I hate when people post PICTURES ONLY. Maybe you could wait to tease us until you have a trailer or some shots to share?

    Hi Christopher,

I'm busy with writing a short movie (although there is a lot of writing still to be done, and only at the end we will see how 'short' it really is...) that is set in a very comparable world, in terms of look and design.
Story has nothing to do with Blade Runner, though, although the productions design and lighting of Blade Runner is a huge influence.

I would be very interested in hearing how you guys are dealing with the VFX, the workflow you are having, which elements are computer generated (the backgrounds... where do you get those from? self-made? ,...) and etc. Maybe I can PM you with more questions?

It would be great to hear some tips to know that IF we get to the shooting, to have some advice and experiences in the back of the head.

    Also: great title!
