Carlos, did you get a notice to send in #810?
Got my notice to send in my M today. But serial number doesn't matter -- it's when the camera was invoiced. My camera was invoiced over a year ago.
Also awaiting my EVF OLED upgrade RMA, already contacted upgrades and got the quote, I'm hoping they can do both upgrades at the same time.
No email / BS Rep has no clue about anything order, shipping or schedule related . . . but he's a friendly lad! Like most things RED . . . it's probably best to just wait for when it happens since trying to put logic to it or get specifics just causes stress

I got my Upgrade email today, I got my camera last September.
Just got my Epic M back from the upgrade. Really impressed with how efficiently RED handled this. My EPIC came back looking fresh, clean and up to date.
