Considering I just bought a barely used Scarlet brain for $6,250 I really don't think 5k for an M sensor Red One is that bad a deal (for the seller). If you price in what it'll cost to MX it you can find entire MX packages ready to shoot without glass for 11-12k...

The seller of the M I posted above claimed that the body came with a ton of accessories, so if we assume that its ready to shoot, its a steal for 5k and the first time I've ever seen one at that price. The cheapest MX packages I've seen on ebay are 15k + and they have tons of hours on them, where did you see 11-12k ones? I'm interested!
Also, thats a pretty good deal on a scarlet brain, but its useless unless you have all the modules to go with it; or did you get it as a backup body?

there's been MX bodies WITH tons of accessories going for 10-11k here, probably are some as we speak just go look in the camera sale section

Jeff Roberts, among others on this site, have sold and or brokered numerous Mx R1s for under $12,500 with everything but lenses...

In the last month the only one I have seen close with a buyer on Ebay went for $14k.. not more..
It had a knowledgeable seller who was able to inspire confidence in the bidders..

I see a pretty complete ultra low use M with enough gear to get you shooting (again, no glass)... closed for $9K

If you want an MX, and have $10K, I bet someone on this website will sell to you..

Which moves the price of an M way down.. since you'd spend $5750 plus transfer fees to MX it...

Yea you see a lot of deals on here, way better ones then ebay. As for my brain, I bought most of what I need for it, but truthfully my hands are tied until Red's Nikon mount is out anyway, I'd rather just wait a couple weeks then get third party is what I am currently thinking...
