I'd buy an external recorder (for lower end jobs and/or offlining) since clean SDI is around the corner.
I'd like to output log to SDI BUT don't want to monitor log. I don't think is possible now, correct?
Anybody know if it is on firmware "to do" list?
    Thanks

I am not sure if this is the answer you need, but my understanding is that if you have a "look" set into the camera, eg from RCXPro or the basic RC3, etc. these are by default outputted to a clean feed of the SDI. So if it's set in the camera, it will pass thru.

Yep. That's my understanding as well, but It shouldn't be difficult to add.
By clean feed I meant w/o top and bottom black borders on 4khd (that is coming, supposedly).
I'd like the ability to monitor RC3/RG3 but having the corresponding RC3/RLF outputted on SDI (if/when using external recorder files for online).
I obviously prefer to play with r3d, but sometimes clients don't have time/money. If I'll buy an external recorder, for sure I'd like the Prores to be LOG

From my experience with my Samurai, whatever color space I chose on camera will be sent out of HDSDSI. I made some looks in RCX and they were also recorded on to my Samurai.

It would be really nice, if possible (especially if it's easy), to specify different gamma spaces for each device/output. It's better for the focus puller to have certain settings... better for the recorder to have another... better for the dp to have yet another.

Basically you want to monitor an image with one gamma on the LCD and a different gamma on the sdi output. This would be a great feature to have. Seems like its possible. Does toggling raw view put the sdi in raw view or only the LCD. Wonder if the pro io module will have this with preview and program out.
