  1. #1 Corruption in RedAlert & QuickTime proxies
    Hi there,

Got a big problem & don't know what the answer is: We've shot some test footage on our camera #247. In RedCine the file looks fine, but it looks completely corrupt in RedAlert, and the same in both the QuickTime proxies made from the camera and from RedAlert. Which means that we cannot look at the footage back anywhere in real time.

    Details:
    Camera build 12
    RedCine v1.0.3
    RedAlert v1.3.4

    screen grabs enclosed.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

16:9 mode is not supported in RedAlert or the Quicktime component yet. That should be coming soon.

aha, mystery solved. Thanks. Has that changed though, because we've shot other footage at 16:9 and I thought it worked OK.
