Timecode Sync Help

I was on a shoot this weekend with my scarlet and we had the bnc timecode adapter from red. However we could not figure out how to sync the timecode of the camera to that of the recorder (the sound devices 702T) in this case and the slate. Any advice/help? I am not an audio guy so I do not know that recorder too well.

From a connection viewpoint ... With the red connector ... get a bnc to bnc connector. Also you will need a 5 pin lemo connector - "xl-lb2 lemo to BNC i/O cable". I btw don't think this will work (though the cables will line up), since I'm perty sure that 702t is a input only timecode and RED doesn't yet output timecode (i heard this is coming soon though).
