    Hi guys,

I'm actually testing some export with my footage. I'm doing color grading, iso, shadow etc in redcine X then i whant to send it into premiere to make a simple video in 24fps and the best quality.

So I export my files in quicktime, mpeg4, with actual frame rate, I choose optimal quality vidéo and auto in debit section.

But it seems to be the wrong way... my video is really compressed (I can see a group of pixel when come a move).

And when I choose uncompressed video, I just can't read it.

I want to know if it is possible to make my grade into redcine X and to send this modification into the R3D files in premiere without make any export. Like when i used camera raw then photoshop. There is a save about the grade.

Thanks for reading me, if I'm not clear enought please tell me, i'll try to be more explicit.

    Cheers!

    Try this:
load the original r3d into premiere.
control click on the filename in the project file
    choose: source settings
a window will pop up with r3d controls.
    choose: reload from RMD
assuming that you have saved your redcine-x settings, the picture should reflect those changes. It think it's only redcolor2/redgamma 2 until CS6 comes out
anytime that you make a grade change in redcine-x, you need to hit reload from rmd.

    Hope this helps,
    Shane.

In Redcine-X, after I am done grading/changing metadata, how do I "save" over the original R3D, so that when loaded into Premiere Pro, the new grade and metadata are reflected?

Also, is Redlogfilm now supported in CS6?

    thanks
