Has anyone had any hands on with the FSI monitor? The specs are impressive.

I checked out the Flanders 21" at NAB and was very impressed. I'm needing to replace an aging Panasonic 1710 which has been great. But have been seeing a lot of the FS on sets, they really look good. They also have a nice package of scopes and features. The one downside right now is Hoodman does not make a shade for the 21", although I spoke to them at the show and they said they'd go visit them and see if they can get one made.

Why don't you just get the 21" field package which comes with a bag that turns into a hood and can be mounted on a stand?

I think I'm gonna go with the new 17" once I get my EX1 package sold.

I bought one over the panasonic and am really impressed, great picture and no green cast like my previous panasonic. Also, it's really light.

21" Flanders Scientific. It's full 1080p, weighs less than Panny 17", and comes in a lazer cut Pelican case that's smaller than Panny's case and can fit in the overhead. The picture quality is outstanding and the price is less. Don't know how they do it. We love ours so much we sold our 17" Pannny right away.

Really impressed with this monitor as well, beautiful image. The only thing I didn't like was how the waveforms move, find the TvLogic have smoother WF's...at the end of the day though the info is there and there and the image is A-mazing. We are looking at picking up a 21' in the next month hopefully.
