I cannot find the contest rules, that sound like Jarred's, on Vogue's site. On the Promotion site

    http://promotions.vogue.com/sweeps_newexposure.php

it does mention that "Only the top 10 finalists will be notified." But nowhere does it mention that "the top 10 finalists will be loaned EPIC cameras to shoot a project and the winner will be chosen at an event in NYC."

The contest rules seem vague on the Vogue site.

If memory serves me right, there was one RED One given away as first prize in a brainstorming contest. I seem to remember that the winner proposed that the camera would record depth (as in distance sensor to subject) on a pixel basis as a fourth channel.

Anyone know what resolution images to submit and whether or not they are all supposed to be in the same PDF or not?

It said somewhere "PDF Portfolio" so by that I understood that I had to make a PDF file with all the images and the title page with my info. So I'd say all in the same one. HATED compressing the images, the PDF ended up being 17mb... each still was over 50mb each at first.

So did you do like 1024 max dimension or something?

Just exported them from Aperture in JPEG format and then opened them up in Preview and saved as a PDF. Worked for me... hope it's good enough!

Can anyone at RED confirm when the deadline is, I have until Wednesday right before it strikes midnight correct? It's been a long couple of weeks and I just have a couple more photos that I would like to do and I definitely do not want to miss the deadline! That would be bad...
