Has anyone experienced any problems after performing a black shade calibration?
I performed a calibration and after successfully completing the sensor area in the monitor started to flicker with horizontal lines. Then half of the screen became covered with a pink block (photo attached).
I decided to try and do a system reboot and after this the monitor did not come on.
I left the camera unplugged for serval minutes, the monitor came back on, but still the sensor area is covered up. When I attach a lens, the image that I can see appears like i have the camera settings at a very low shutter speed as it appears blurry or just generally lagged.
Any advice of general practice to how I could resolve this issue?
I have submitted a ticket to Red.
