MOV to WMV Urgent

I have 150 .mov files the client now requires these in WMV files I am on a mac pro the Mov files are 1280-720 50P what the best way to convert these retaining the quality?

You could also use adobe media encoder on a windows machine...

Sorenson Squeeze, Telestream Episode, Flip4Mac are the choices I hear people are using for WMV. Personally I've got W7Pro in Parallels with Microsoft Expression Encoder for the odd WMV encode.
