B-mount Lens question...

Newbie question here -- I wonder if Arri B-mount lenses will work on a PL Scarlet. For example this Carl Zeiss:

Is there a lens chart, or something, that list the lenses that fit the PL Scarlet. I'm particularly curious if some of the old Zeiss and Lomo's will work.
