I have to get all the numbers, which I will have before the weekend. Then I can give you a price.
I want to work for your company!
Even though I think your statement is built on poor insight Josh, I definitely take it as a huge compliment.
But I get bit worried for you, why why on earth would you like to work for a bunch of computer heads in a garage? :)
Any way, next time we got something going in LA I will have you in mind.
If ever in San Diego - dinner and drinks on me. Love what you guys do and would love to tip a cocktail sometime and chat
PM sent for info...
Thanks.
That is, really, really funny looking. But also looks really, really effective and efficient. I love it. And I love seeing this kind of ingenuity in practice.
But it is a little goofy looking.![]()
Ok we got the numbers from the machine shop and it's as always rather high.
So here it goes:
Clutch setup: 670USD + shipping
including:
2 x front wheel handles
1x 19mm wheel clamp
Back support 19mm rod clamp.
3 wheels (choose between small black or big green)
Carbon fiber rod.
Screws for the above.
19mm mobile setup 550USD + shipping
including:
4x 19mm wheel clamps.
Screws for the above.
wheels big green or small black
19mm mobile setup (no wheels): 450USD + shipping
including:
4x 19mm wheel clamps.
Screws for the above.
(no wheels included)
Our camera just came home from a shoot so I got some time to test this baby... It's basically super nice. The inaccurate wheel settings does not matter much. The way the clutch work almost like a Michael Bay transformer character is making this into something really special. I did this test setup in just a few minutes. it was the first take recorded and I spent literary less than 2 minutes to get adjust the setup... most time was spent getting all the syndicate dices in the background right.
Setting the elevation, the inclination angle and the size of the arc took less then a minute...
I actually though that a better precision would be needed but I have to say Im super surprised how nice and precise moves this thing actually delivers.
When putting the rig on the ground after having it on the shoulder it just sits there on it's wheels not getting dirty or scratching the back support or handles.
Any way here is a link to the result take of my test and also with a lowress poor iPhone image of the same thing.

Rig on it's own....: http://www.syndicate.se/Files/~usr/f...nd%20dices.MOV
I take it back. That's not goofy looking at all. That's pretty damn awesome.
