Jacob, you mentioned CS6 in the title. Care to elaborate?

I'll be posting a video tutorial soon, but the major aide that CS6 offered me was when i was doing my finishing in After Effects. I did all my paint outs and coloring in After Effect CS6 straight from the R3D. Any adjustment I made in terms of color/relighting/paint out, etc that would usually require me to re-cahced was almost but eliminated by AE new global performance cache, if i made an adjustment i didn't like it i could just click undo and i could playback my previous cached preview.

When working at 4k files it was nice to not have to spend 5 minutes of rendering just to see what i previously had.

Did you have any other questions?

This was my inspiration for this short :-)

I was going to ask if this was the inspiration.

Always liked this photo. And nice lighting. The under the bed shot was my favorite. Subtle blues with nice yellows.

I see you used a 2009 Mac with Red Rocket. How long did this short take to render? Good job by the way.
