I sent my Epic-M in yesterday for the upgrade (thanks Red!).

Has anyone received their upgraded M back from Red yet? If so what was your turnaround? It would be great to know what the real-world duration of this work is so I can schedule my bookings accordingly.

Update - We got a landslide of EPICs in for this over the past week or so. As a result, processing times are a little longer than we'd like. A few days longer than the 7-10 business days... So, we are dedicating some extra resources to knock this out...

That's a real bummer. Thought the email notification system they put into place would be balanced with their production capacity to prevent gridlock. No way I can give up my cam for a month or so. Guess I'll have to wait until RED can guarantee a return date before sending in.

I hope you guys can manage to pull miracles. It's even longer with us overseas guys, having to ship to and from Europe - i have no clue when you guys got mine there in Irvine and when i can start the countdown to its return - it will be needed in June for a feature so im a little bit worried now.

I got mine back and couldn't be happier. It's like getting a brand new camera. Actually, some parts were brand new :-) They even tightened up the swivel on my touchscreen LCD. Thanks RED!
