Do you have the latest ProRes / QT coded pack installed? ...Also, there's a few quirky things with the CS6 distributions floating around at the moment. Official launch and new release version don't happen until Monday. I've seen some of the Adobe guys respond to things like this with a "wait for the release" sort of statement.

Motion = crap. Spend the $50 on Compressor. Then you get all the codecs plus an app that is actually worth using. Compressor is a bit quirky and doesn't have a whole lot to offer in the face of AME CS6, but it's still handy from time to time. I still think I get the best H.264 Blu-Ray compliant encodes out of Compressor. Then again, I haven't tried with CS6... yet...
