    Correct, this has been an issue for a long time and thought we cleared this some time ago but seems like it's never ending.

    Ivan,

    I have been working with our IT Team on this, the cause of this occurs because your not selecting the account you have your camera under. We run into this when customers use the same email on 2 accounts. I will have Jenn touch base with you to walk you through this.
