How do I get the menus back on my touch screen?

I did a job last week with the camera in an underwater housing. The DIT was controlling camera with a redmote. I went to prep the camera for another job today and my touch screen monitor is set to be full screen with no menus or info (I didn't know you could do that, I love it. How did he do that?).

Obviously I need to be able to access my menus. I tried hooking up the side handle,but same deal, the monitor doesn't display the menus.

How do I get it back to normal? I email the DIT, but have yet to hear back.

To get into Clean mode: Settings - Audio/Video - Monitor Control - LCD/EVF MODE - "Clean"

To get out of Clean mode: Double-tap the screen.
