Linking Audio

I have linked up externally timecode synced audio in RCX-13 and it plays back great but when I import the r3d's into Premier Pro I can see 2 audio tracks but there is nothing on them.
What do I need to do to get the audio to stick to the r3d's so they load in other programs?

I don't know of any other programs which support reading the external audio sync data from RMD files.
So unfortunately until there are you'll need to transcode to a Quicktime or Avid format to preserve the sync point you made to an external audio file in RCX.

Bummer. I had hoped that CS6 would have this (seemingly) simple capability. CS6.1? How about ability to link .bwf or Sound Devices ,wav files to .r3d files within Premier? Adobe, is that in the works?

TC based synching is implemented in PP since 5.0. Very convenient and part in my workflow about 2 years now. I can only refer to the manual currently.
