I have a gig this weekend where the client would like to record timecode from the camera and I know red has the following cable http://www.red.com/store/products/3b...emo-sync-cable but I am afraid that that cable is too short. Are there any alternatives and or extension cables? Would this work http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...1_8_3_5mm.html

Thanks in advance for all of your help!

That B&H cable won't work. You need a breakout cable that terminates in a 4-pin lemo to feed Scarlet. What are they using to jam synch? If it is BNC, you could get the breakout from Red and then use an additional length of BNC to the lockit box or you could hire out a custom cable build.

I use Wilcox Audio here in Burbank and they are fantastic. I just tell them "Epic timecode BNC breakout cable" and the length and they know exactly what the pinout needs to be. They'll ship it out within a day and could probably overnight it for you should you need it.
