Hi,
I got my scarlet 3 weeks ago. When i first booted the camera i had splitted screen and half of the screen was black (see pic) . I did several re-boots and after 4-5 try split screen was gone.
I thought because of firmware and updated to (3.0.0). But it is not solved. Everytime i boot the camera after a period (ex. one day) it gives me splitted screen. After 3-4 re-boot then everything is fine.
I noticed that it might related to temperature. If i left the camera with split screen in 3-4 minutes then boot again split screen gone and everything is ok. If i change the resolution (ex 4K to 2K) then blue and noisy version of the splitter screen comes..
Do you think it is because of sensor problem or what?
