    Creative Cloud is awesome.

The only thing that annoys me is that I'm limited to installing on two computers. I use at least four regularly. The whole point of the cloud is 'work anywhere'. I hope this gets looked at at some point.

The update that has already come out is Adobe Media Encoder CS6 (6.0.1). I can't say what other updates migt be coming, but I can say this: Pay close attention for the next couple of weeks.

    See this: http://adobe.ly/JygJma

Creative Cloud customers get updates the same way as anyone else: Choose Help > Updates. I recommend closing all Adobe applications but Adobe Bridge and chooisng Help > Updates in Bridge. This ensures that all processes related to the video applications have quit, so there's less likely to be interference with the updating process.

  3. #23 Unstable on Mac.
CS5.5 was fine on my Mac Pro Tower. CS6 crashes randomly on startup. I will not have time to even hit a button and it reports a serious error. Not error code and does not explain what the error was. Then the project file is corrupt and I have lost everything. This happens 50% of the time. CS5.5 was fine but CS6 has proven to be very unstable. This also happens when I send it to Speedgrade.

Huge bummer. I was very excited about this program. I have contacted Adobe about 10 times or so over the last few days. No response yet. Any help would be huge. I currently have CS5.5 and some other Adobe programs on the computer. Do you think it is do to that? Also...could it be that I renew my permissions?

It answers just about all of the questions you are asking. Sometimes we have to go right to the source on these things. :-)
