Time/storage calculator for iPhone

Hi everyone!

Producers always ask me how much disk they need to spare for RED/EPIC files.
I came up with this calculator to them. Hope it helps you too...

"Things like "best Quality" mean nothing. You mean 5:1? 3:1? No one really shoots at 3:1 on Epic at 5K, not even Spiderman.

KataData is an app that has Redcode and EPIC/Scarlet Time/Storage - among a bunch of others. You can select multiple compression ratios, resolutions, frame rates, etc. Calculate by device or codec.

"Best quality" means best quality possible. In this case 3:1. By using those numbers one can be sure there will be enough disk space for any other setup. Or in other hand, the will be a minimum shooting time available.

This free app is supposed to be quick and easy to use for those not used to the codecs world. Or maybe those who don't want to.

For those who know what they will use for compression ratio, frame rate, audio channels, image size and so... And realy need detailed information, there are already very good calculators on market. I just hope it helps those who don't.
