I don't know about anyone else, but I find Red's account statements somewhat confusing in regards to these stage packages.
Stage 3 was paid in full. If there are components that aren't ready to be shipped due to backorder status, then there appears to be a credit or balance that's setup.
Unfortunately when there's a ton of components owed, it starts to get a little confusing as to what's been executed vs. what's left on the wait list.
Wouldn't it have been easier to track if they did something similar to what Amazon does, when products are owed to you, they are just shipped separately. (no additional payment is necessary) and it happens invisibly.
I'm happy to pay one large chunk for tax and shipping during stage execution, then when accessories are ready, just ship out what's owed.

The remainder of my Stage 3 components are finally ready for delivery, but apparently I'm just shy on the allocated 'balance'. I need to figure out why the discrepancy.
I did purchase other accessories that I needed for my setup but that was supposed to be charged to my CC as its done in the 'store'.
Who can I speak to besides my busy rep to figure this all out?

Eli, yes, it is a little tough to sort the Stages stuff - for us, too - since we were not able to ship complete. And our rules are if you place an order and there is money on your account, we process using that money and only charge a card if more money is needed (unless you make prior arrangements with your rep). So, you could have had Stage 3 funds used for a later accessory order. Your rep would be the best person to speak with as they can get you a transaction report to show the debits/payments on your account.

    Thanks Brent.
I'll be speaking with him later and hope we can sort it out.
The transaction list I ordered which I was hoping would add clarity only brings more questions so I think this is gonna need a bit more time.
    thanks!
