I have a couple of minor issues:
with the Redmote docked to the camera, I could swear that if you powered the Redmote on, it would also power the camera up in previous builds. That's not the case anymore.
and for some reason, once in a while my left navigation button on my Redmote stops working. a reboot of the Redmote solves that.
And i mapped the + - buttons on the Redmote to increase and decrease ISO. anytime i use that, it kinda freezes the camera, and have to reboot both.
all in all, no big deal, just wanted to inform...

    This has never been possible.

Thanks for reporting this - I have been able to reproduce it and we are looking into it.

Powering the camera on from the redmote would be sweet! Don't know how that would work though???

Reading thru the read_me, there's no mention of removing the Side Handle.

What's the official word form RED, can the Side Handle stay attached during the upgrade?

I had the same issue with trying to remap the red mote buttons. Everything froze and required a reboot.

Always follow the instructions provided which each firmware upgrade package (things may change between versions).

What key actions did you have problems with and what keys on the REDmote were they mapped to? I believe we've fixed the problem when increase/decrease ISO is mapped to the rocker on the REDmote and would like to test that fix with other problem settings you may have found.

But, there were no instructions about removing it or keeping it on?

I just ran into a VERY odd issue since upgrading my Scarlet to Beta Camera Build 3.2.13.

Today I shot 5 64GB SSD REDMAG cards, and three of them I recorded to the absolute end. Since I upgraded to this build, when the camera runs out of space on the card, I get the traditional message about "Card Full," BUT then the camera keeps trying to Record, still displays the Red Record Light in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and refuses to eject the SSD card, turn off, or do anything that could get me out of this situation.

Worse yet, the only way I found to move past this situation is to hard-shut off the camera by holding down the power button for 5+ seconds. When I restart the camera, it informs me that it had an improper shutdown, and then when I try to play back the last clip, it says "error reading clip." I actually had to re-shoot 20 minutes worth of interview today because I wasn't certain if RED UnDead could resurrect the clip from this situation.

This seems to be a clear bug in this beta build, and RED Team, I hope that you can resolve it soon, because this is the first and ONLY problem I've had with my wonderful, flawless SCARLET-X, and I want to keep relying in it for every shoot.

I ?think? I remember seeing some posts about this in the 3.2.8 thread.

BTW - I looked for 'RED UnDead' in the download section. Maybe this was just for the RED ONE camera? Is there a download link I'm overlooking?
