    Ariel,

    To eliminate strobing when shooting at high frame rates you need to use larger light sources (2K or higher if you're in the states). If you don't have access to bigger lights, the sun will do the trick.

    Thank you Mike. The flicker is probably from the overhead fluorescents that were working and not from the 1k. This was really a 5 minutes test :)
