We're filming a weird format for Vimeo. Is there a way to have a custom crop (block borders) on the LCD to better see framing? I would like to not ruin my screen with black sticky gaffatape.

    Settings>Display>Area Guides

Then select "User" from drop down menu on Action Safe, and adjust parameters below.

It would appear that you cannot have "block borders", letterbox style, just solid lines or dotted lines. It would be great to have the option to darken everything outside of the guide area.

The feature to shade outside any of your guides will come in a future build.

Gaffers tape, ND filter, and x-acto knife might work.
