Not sure if anyone has encountered this, but on CS5.5 there was a drop down option to export 5.1 audio on a Prores 4444 Quicktime media file, but on the trial version of CS6 it only gives the option of Mono or Stereo. Did Adobe do away with the 5.1 surround option for a QT export? It is still available for other formats, but not on QT or is this something that is just not available on the trial version. I have attached a couple of screenshots from CS6 to show that it only has the Mono and Stereo buttons and missing the drop down with the 5.1 option under basic audio settings.
