Lens Release Button Pops Off??

Hi Guys,

Using my Scarlet today and the lens release button popped off-has this happened to anyone else?
Cant seem to get it back on...it's possible a spring or small screw might have been lost when it happened.
I took off the mount(AL Canon) to see could i get it back on from the inside but the location has a plastic covering.
It's looking like it might have to be sent back to RED-sent my BSR and RED Europe a mail but no response as of yet.

It's never happened to me (knock on wood), but that button does seem to be one of the only flimsy parts of the camera.

I got it caught on a a corner of one of my bags and watched it bend and almost break...freaked me out!!!
