Warp Stabilising Multiple Clips gone nuts in PP 5.5

I have a serious issue where if I stabilize multiple clips on a 2k timeline, the linkage goes haywire. I have tried deleting all the old AE comps but it still links to an old clip, then sometimes it doesn't it shows the correct clip. My workflow is

Dump 4K footage onto timeline,
Edit
Replace with AE comp (save as name)
Warp Stabilize
Go back to PP

I then see an old clip, however if I double click it to put it into the viewer it shows the correct clip. If a drop the comp into the timeline it shows the correct clip for a bit then diverts back to the original old comp

Odd, never had that before.

Have you tried clearing the cache?

How do you clear the cache in PP? Not sure up with PP I have just changed from FCP

Worked it out, deleted all clips and comps, it only seams to work if you have the clips in the same project as different comps. If you have multiple comps it goes nuts
