Irrespective of logical flaws, it was still entertaining... And that's the only reason I go to movies.

Watched Alien 1 when I got home. Simply and contained... Was tough to watch, only because it was old... But still good for what it was. When I watched it 20 years ago and shit my pants. Today... No so.
Prometheus is not the prequel...

I was saying that 90% of people who actually appreciate movies and cinema and everything that goes along with it, will probably agree that this is not Ridley's best movie. That Alien, Blade Runner, or even Gladiator are his best. Hell even Black Hawk Down was better.

He may not have wrote the script, but he should have known it wasn't as good as people would have wanted to be and as a director he should have not settled for that. And if he honestly thought that this was going to turn out to be great and please a great amount of people, then it shows that this probably isn't Ridley at his best.

I honestly don't understand why you are attacking me on this, but oh well.

Awesome movie.. Except "oh it's ok, hey little guy" I wanted the little creepy thing to do exactly what it did, because he needed to die.

Yep, I'm with you there Justin. I loved the movie and the plot holes were not too much a distraction for me...except this one scene with the biologist baby-talking a serpent looking new life form. Probably the dumbest scene I've ever seen in a Ridley Scott film.
