Hey all,I got a chance to stretch my Scarlet muscles with some dramatic lighting. I usually shoot commercials with happy, bright lighting, so this was a great challenge, and I must say that I'm not surprised on how well the camera performed. Lots of contrast, hard lighting and a tight schedule. Bellow are a few grabs from the piece.I edited a shortened version with just a scratch sound track. This is not the final edit or even an edit that is true to the script. Just for cinematography analysis purposes only. It works best if you switch to HTML5 playerhttp://player.vimeo.com/video/43953994

I used my RED zooms. The 17-50 and 50-150. And a couple of shots I used my converted 11-16 Tokina.
i used 1/2 Classic soft for the most. For a few shots I used a streak filter (pic #4)
lighting wise I used 2 1200 HMI's out of the windows, a Leko hitting the phone, since it has some importance to the story. For my key, I used a Ledz Brute 3, which I was pleasantly surprised on how well it performed. I used another Brute 3 on the box, and puzzle details.
