Unless you are single, take as many pictures of your significant other smiling at you now. Just so you remember that look ...

    I'm married so I don't remember any smiling. :)

Seriously I have the perfect solution: I have been asked to shoot lifestyle footage of people, so I am going to shoot her and my baby first!!

Got lots of brownie points for that one.

Now you can join in the fun Jay...enjoy it!

Yes, be sure and take your wife and two babies out for some shooting sessions....a very good strategy for sure.

The manual is the PDF you download from the RED support page.

Ouch.. Good attention to detail there Gib.... I might have been missing certain parts of my body had I left out the other one.

I just unpacked our first Red camera and it is sitting on my dining room table. I can't believe the day has finally come. My children only took 9 months each once we knew we were expecting. This feeling is much like having a new child. I am so excited I can hardly stand the fact I have to put the accesories on the camera before I can start shooting.

It could not have come at a better time. I have decided that my first shoot with this camera will be tomorrow at my seven year old sons play. He has a part in a school version of Snow White. So I will be there along with all the other parents using there mini DV and VHS cameras. I will be shooting in 4k Red. How cool is that? Maybe I should bring a dolly and a grip package as well...JK....:)

I really have to hand it to the Red team. They were always very helpful answering all my questions, and trust me I had a bunch.. So thanks to everyone at Red and espicially to: Jim, Ted, Brent, Sean, and Brian..

I look forward to a long relationship with Red and will be looking forward to all the future products that Red will be developing.

    See you at the MOVIES.....

    Shane
