Viewfactor battery plate with new Pro I/O?

Hi Caden

With the Pro I/O module nearing release (the first DMSC module that most people will actually use) a solution is needed for the people who bought the Viewfactor battery plate. Currently it mounts to screws that can be afixed to the back of the camera. These screws cannot currently be attached to the back of the pro i/o (or any other) module. Hence, that little spacer plate in the render above.

Thanks but still I'm not understand the point? The picture above is the MODULE ADAPTOR so why would you attach the VF battery plate to the back of the MODULE ADAPTOR then say mounting it directly to the back of the camera? I thought the point is to attach the new Pro I/O to the back (camera) then you can't be able to attach VF plate?

The back of the module adaptor and the back of the Pro I/O are the same. They utilize a cam locking system to secure the pegs that are inserted from the module, or in this case, the plate that follows it. So... If it works on the module adaptor, it will work on the pro I/O, rear ssd, dual battery, as long as the VF plate is the last on the chain and the cable is long enough to reach the brain.
